Buyer Membership Agreement

Plain English: Auttiv Buyer Membership is $110/month after a 5-day free trial. It renews automatically each month so your access doesn't lapse — but you can cancel anytime in one click from Settings, no phone call and no penalty. Cancel before a renewal date and you won't be charged for the next month. This agreement supplements the Terms of Service (see §5A).

1. What the membership includes

The Buyer Membership is a paid access plan for individuals (dealerships access equivalent features through their own plan). It grants access to Auttiv's buyer tools, including the ability to make offers on vehicles that members of the public list, access dealer trade-in leads where available, and use Auttiv's pro buyer tools. The membership fee is solely for access to Auttiv's platform and tools.

Auttiv is an advertising and connection platform — not a dealer, broker, auto broker, finder, escrow agent, lender, or party to any vehicle transaction. Auttiv does not charge for, process, finance, escrow, or take a commission on any vehicle purchase or sale. Any vehicle deal happens directly between you and the other party, in person and off-platform.

2. Price & free trial

Price: $110 per month (USD), unless a different price is shown to you at checkout.
Free trial: 5 days. You provide a payment method at signup, but you are not charged during the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically and your payment method is charged the monthly fee.

3. Automatic renewal (your affirmative consent)

By starting the membership, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription and you affirmatively agree to the following recurring-charge terms, as required by California's Automatic Renewal Law and the FTC's negative-option / "click-to-cancel" rules:

What recurs: the monthly membership fee shown above.
When: the first charge occurs when your 5-day free trial ends; after that, you are charged once per month on your renewal date.
How long: the membership continues and renews until you cancel.
How to cancel: in one click — see Section 4. No phone call, no retention hoops.
Reminders: we send your confirmation and charge notices to the email on your account. Keep it current.
Price changes: we will give you notice before any price change takes effect; you may cancel before it applies.

4. How to cancel (one click, anytime)

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, from Settings → Membership → Cancel in your account. Cancellation is immediate and self-service — no phone call, no email required, no penalty. When you cancel:

Cancel during the free trial → you are never charged.
Cancel after billing starts → you keep access until the end of the current paid period; you are not charged again.

If you cannot reach the in-app cancel control for any reason, email support@auttiv.com and we will cancel for you.

5. Refunds

The 5-day free trial means you can evaluate Auttiv before any charge.
Monthly fees already charged for a started billing period are generally non-refundable; canceling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.
Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund right you may have under the law of your state.

6. Credits / tokens

Some Auttiv features use prepaid credits (also called tokens or "fichas"). Credits are a prepaid access feature, not money or currency. They have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire. The number of credits, what they unlock, and any monthly allotment are shown in your account and may change with notice.

7. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One account per person; sharing logins is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end a membership for fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Service, including the acceptable-use rules.

8. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change, and material changes will be sent to the email on your account. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law & disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are resolved as set out in the Terms of Service (binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, with the consumer carve-outs stated there). EU/UK consumers retain rights under mandatory local law.
