These terms govern the Auttiv Creator Partnership Program — the system that connects content creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with auto dealers ("Vendors") on the Auttiv platform.
The most important thing to understand: Auttiv is the introduction layer. We do NOT participate in any payment between you and the Vendor. The rate, the schedule, and the method of payment are private between you and the Vendor. Auttiv takes 0% of any amount paid to you.
1. What Auttiv Provides
A directory of Vendors who have opted into the program (Pro+, Dealer, or Enterprise plan required on their side).
Tools to send a partnership proposal to a Vendor.
If the Vendor accepts, a unique tracking code (e.g. YOURNAME-DEALER-2026).
Routing logic: when a buyer arrives at Auttiv via your tracking link (auttiv.com/r/CODE) and submits a lead, the lead is routed directly to that Vendor, skipping the regular pool.
Read-only stats for both parties: clicks, leads, appointments, sales attributed to your code.
Optional intra-Auttiv chat between you and the Vendor (for early trust). External contact (WhatsApp, email) is also visible.
2. What Auttiv Does NOT Provide
Payment processing. Auttiv never collects, escrows, or pays out any compensation between you and the Vendor.
Dispute mediation. If a Vendor fails to pay you the agreed amount, Auttiv will not intervene, mediate, refund, or punish that Vendor. Your remedy is to stop sending them traffic.
Tax reporting. Auttiv does not issue 1099-K, 1099-NEC, or any other tax document for partnership payments. You and the Vendor are responsible for your own tax reporting based on your local jurisdiction.
Audience or volume guarantees. Auttiv does not guarantee that any Vendor will accept your proposal, that buyers will click your link, or that you will earn any specific amount.
3. Your Agreement With Each Vendor
Each partnership you accept creates a private commercial agreement between you and that Vendor. You are each responsible for:
The fee structure (recommended: per car sold — you and the Vendor agree the amount and payment method).
The payment method (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, ACH, cash, crypto — your call).
The payment schedule (weekly, monthly, per-sale, etc.).
Any tax documentation you require from each other.
Any FTC disclosure requirements applicable to your content (e.g. "#ad" or "#sponsored" when promoting on social media — this is YOUR legal obligation as the publisher).
4. Honest Content
By using Auttiv tracking codes in your content, you confirm that:
You will only promote vehicles that are real and currently available (Auttiv syncs Vendor inventories daily — sold vehicles will be removed from the marketplace).
You will not misrepresent vehicle condition, price, mileage, or other facts shown on Auttiv.
You will comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) including clear disclosure of paid relationships.
You will not artificially inflate clicks or leads via bots, click-farms, or fake accounts. Doing so = permanent ban and no compensation owed by the Vendor.
5. Termination
Either you or the Vendor may end a partnership at any time, for any reason, without notice, from their dashboard. Termination deactivates the code immediately. Leads submitted before termination remain attributed; no future leads will route to the Vendor.
Auttiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your creator account for: fraud, bot traffic, misrepresentation of vehicles, harassment of Vendors, or violation of US/Texas law.
6. No Warranty
The Auttiv platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tracking attribution depends on browser cookies and may fail in rare cases (incognito browsing, cookie clearing, ad-block). Auttiv is not liable for missed attribution due to these technical factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auttiv's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Creator Partnership Program is limited to $0 (zero dollars), because Auttiv does not receive any payment from you for this program. The Vendor is the entity that owes you money; your recourse for non-payment is against the Vendor, not against Auttiv.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be emailed to the address you registered with. Continued use after a change = acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute that does not concern a private payment between you and a Vendor (those are between you and the Vendor) shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
